Guests must arrive by 12:30pm at the Train Du Montenvers, which departs at 1:00pm. Our ceremony will be held at the Refuge du Montenvers, nestled above the iconic Mer de Glace glacier in Chamonix, and only accessible by the iconic Montenvers train. The iconic red Montenvers train runs on cog railway just over 3.2 miles and snakes its way up from Chamonix to the top station at 6,276 feet. The train was first put into use in 1908 when the line stopped at Caillet, and then fully opened all the way to the top in 1909. Prior to the existence of the train, the only access to the Mer de Glace had been by mule or on foot.

At 4:00pm guests will take the Train Du Montenvers back down into town.

La Cabane Restaurant, located at the beautiful Chamonix Golf Course, is a large Finnish-style chalet with stunning terraces that face the Mont-Blanc massif in the French Alps.

Dinner will be in the French tradition...not hurried. Enjoy your table mates, friends, family and food. The dance party will commence around 9:00pm and goes on until 1:30am! We can do this!
